General Functions, Mid Winter & Xmas Parties
The music & karaoke is all included, you pay no venue hire for any standard functions, parties or general dining at "Orlando Country"
Our venue caters to all types of functions and celebrations providing a great balance of Entertainment, Activities, Food, Wine & Drinks. A fantastic place to host any of the following:
Functions Overview
A variety of menus are available to choose from depending on the type of function you wish to have. Activities are available for guests to participate in (usually prior to dinner), including the “Hole In One Golf" & The “Claybird Shooting".
Drinks & Hors d'oeuvres are usually passed around during these activities & the bar is available to those purchasing their own drinks.
Dinner is usually followed with Dancing & Karaoke.
Transport
Please don't hesitate to ask if you would like help with different transport options & advice with getting prices etc. Refer to our map for directions.
If you would like to just come for dinner with a group then please check out the menus page & select a suitable Menu for the type of function you wish to have. A cash bar can be available for your guests to purchase their drinks, or, if you are running a bar tab, our staff can look after your guests by passing drinks. Minimum numbers may apply for Dinner or Lunch Parties.
Activities
The "Hole in One Golf" is $6.00 pp & the "Claybird Shooting" is $15.00 pp both of these activities are available for all guests to participate in.
The price of the "Jet boating" and "Heli-rides" are dependent on numbers & availability -please enquire.
We have a "Dance Music" & "Karaoke" at no extra charge for general functions.
Sample Function Itineraries
Your Xmas Function "Orlando Country Estate"
The following is just an example of a possible Itinerary for a Xmas party & is based on a 5:00pm arrival.
5:00pm Guests arrive
We usually pass drinks to guests on arrival, they then mingle on the lawn (or by the open fire in the winter) & are served hors'deourves & canapés soon after.
5:30pm Claybird shooting
Guests are all invited across the lawn to either participate or watch the claybird shooting - the guns are very user friendly & are suitable for both the men & woman - most have around 5-6 shots each.
6:00pm Hole in one golf
The Hole in One Golf is back on the lawn in front of the reception area - guests can hit golf balls off as they wish while more drinks are passed along with breads prior to coming inside for dinner
6:30pm Dinner
Guests are invited inside for dinner followed by tea & coffee.
Menus & their price are on our website & are altered slightly to reflect a xmas theme
8:30pm Dance music & karaoke
Soon after dinner the lights go down& the music starts (along with the karaoke)
The activities are rotated & worked in to suit when we have more than one group
You are more than welcome to add a xmas theme to your tables
We also do after dinner parties where guests arrive for drinks at 7:30ish, followed by a supper around 8:30pm then dancing & karaoke.
You are more than welcome to add a theme to your tables.
Background music is played during the evening & the dance music and karaoke is available at no charge should you require it.
