Wedding Menu 1

This Menu is great for Lunch Weddings.


Fresh Breads
An assortment of freshly baked breads, served with chutneys & pestos to be passed to guests.
(For an extra $2.50 per piece canapés may 
be added. Please see our Canapé menu)

Main
(All  of the following will be served on platters to your tables.)

Medium Rare, Roasted Beef Ribeye
with a garlic, mustard and cracked pepper seasoning, served with a cabernet jus.

Coronation Chicken
served with whole grain rice & garnished with capsicums

Ham on the 
bone
 with a brandy and apricot glaze.


Gourmet new potatoes in a herb butter drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Leafy Salad greens with a Basil & Tomato Dressing.
Fresh seasonal vegetables sautéed in garlic butter & extra virgin olive oil.

This is our most popular Menu -  Suitable for any Wedding & is beautifully presented.
(If you would like to add an entree to this menu please enquire) 


Hors d'oeuvres
A selection of hot & cold savouries are passed to guests after your wedding service during drinks & photographs.
(For an extra $2.50 per piece canapés may be added. Please see our Canapé menu below)

Fresh Brea
ds
An assortment of freshly baked breads, served with chutneys & pestos, to be passed to guests.


Main
(Served  "Semi-set" style, the beef is plated, & individually
served to your guests.  Chicken Tenderloins are served on platters to the table)

Whole Seared Medium Eye Fillet,
served on Creamy Potato Mash with Char Grilled capsicums,
Seasonal Vegetable, Strings of beetroot & a Cabernet infused Ju.


Also served to the table

Marinated Chicken Tenderloins served with a Sav Blanc cream.
Leafy salad greens with a basil & tomato dressing.
